The Oroola Hope Alive Foundation, a renowned charity and social investment non-governmental organization, has partnered with the Olusegun Obasanjo Foundation to empower 500 youth in Ile-Ife, Osun State, with ICT skills as part of its 2025 programmes. This initiative is aimed at equipping disadvantaged individuals and families with the tools they need for personal growth, empowerment, and a brighter future.

The ICT training program is already underway, with participants gaining valuable digital skills designed to enhance their career prospects and entrepreneurial capabilities.

To commemorate the launch of its 2025 programmes, the Oroola Hope Alive Foundation has scheduled a grand event on January 19, 2025, at its head office located in Idita Market, Ile-Ife.

Highlights of the Launch Event:

1. Commissioning of a Free Computer Training Center – A dedicated facility to provide continuous ICT training to the community.
2. Scholarship Awards – Supporting the education of deserving individuals.
3. Distribution of Food Items – Assisting widows and the elderly with essential supplies.
4. Empowerment with Seed Capital – Funding individuals to kickstart their businesses.
5. Philanthropic Social Investment Awards – Recognizing significant contributions to community development.

As part of the celebrations, the Foundation’s founder will be honored by the International Institute for Leadership Studies and Project Manager Inc. for his remarkable contributions to community development, philanthropy, and service to humanity. This prestigious award acknowledges his dedication to giving back through impactful projects and initiatives.
